Support for Enclave IDEAS and Enclave Gaming products is handled through the Enclave support system.
Start a support ticket
The easiest way to reach us is by email. Sending a message to support@enclaveideas.com opens a support ticket so the issue can be tracked through resolution.
What to include
For product issues, include the product name, platform, app or game version if known, a short description of what happened, and any screenshots or steps that make the problem easier to reproduce.
For purchase or platform issues, do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, recovery codes, or other sensitive account credentials. Steam and Google Play purchases may also require help from the platform provider when the issue is specific to the platform account or transaction.
